Estasis Property Management

A cloud-based SaaS platform with multi-tenant database isolation that manages the finance, membership, reservation, and integrated courier/visitor QR access flows of residential and property management associations from a single panel.

Estasis automates all financial flows for apartment and property management associations, including dues assessment, interest calculation, online 3D-secure payment (Iyzico/PayTR), and bank statement imports. One of the system's most unique features is its integrated marketplace, which lets residents order directly from partner merchants inside or outside the property (kebab shops, delis, grocery stores). When an order is placed, the system generates a temporary courier-entry QR code specific to that courier; the courier scans this code at the property's security checkpoint to enter, and an automatic entry record is logged in the Visitor Log.
